Corporate Governance Reports
Corporate governance pertains to the regulatory framework and structure that have been established in order to effectively and in a controlled manner govern and manage the operations of a limited-liability company. The ultimate aim of corporate governance is to comply with the shareholders’ return requirements and the need of all stakeholders for information about the company and its development. The management and control of XVIVO is shared among the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the CEO in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and the Articles of Association.
